Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, grated ginger, lime juice, and granulated sugar. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
