This British-inspired winter salad combines the crispness of radishes and apples with the creamy richness of Stilton cheese. Ingredients

  • 200 g radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 100 g Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes and apples.
  2. Add the crumbled Stilton cheese and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
