Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices keto-friendly bread
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of keto-friendly bread.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place four slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
- Layer with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced avocado, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese has started to melt, about 4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook the other side until golden brown, another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before cutting in half and serving.
