Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the butter mixture, whisking until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
