Spring Pea and Mint Broth

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups fresh peas (or frozen, if unavailable)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Flaky sea salt, to taste

Method
