Simple Baked Salmon with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, honey, and gochujang.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the soy sauce mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Arrange the broccoli florets and red bell pepper slices around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Season the vegetables with flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
