One-Pan Baked Ham Dinner
This one-pan baked ham dinner is a hearty and satisfying meal, perfect for any night of the week. With tender ham and roasted vegetables, it's a dish the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (about 5 pounds)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze.
- Place the ham on the prepared sheet pan, flat-side down. Score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern and brush with half of the honey-mustard glaze.
- In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes and carrots with olive oil, dried thyme, flaky sea salt, and black pepper. Arrange the vegetables around the ham on the sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours, basting the ham with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the ham slices with the roasted vegetables.
