Matcha-Mochi Cake

- 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochiko)

- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
