Mango Cardamom Lassi Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- Pistachios, chopped, for garnish
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Method
- Place the chopped mangoes in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the purée to a medium bowl.
- Add the plain yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, and rose water to the mango purée. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
- Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
