Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • Pistachios, chopped, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Method

  1. Place the chopped mangoes in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the purée to a medium bowl.
  2. Add the plain yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, and rose water to the mango purée. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  4. Before serving, garnish with chopped pistachios and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
