Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cherry tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cannellini beans and cherry tomatoes.
