Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sesame dressing
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked, then set aside.
