Grilled Chicken with Summer Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for grilling

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 zucchinis, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Rub the chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season them with sea salt, black pepper, and fresh dill.
