Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
