Easy Pan-Fried Pork Chops
These pan-fried pork chops are juicy and full of flavor, perfect for an easy spring dinner. Serve with your favorite sides for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Method
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the pork chops and reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and rosemary to the pan.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with apple cider vinegar, scraping up any browned bits. Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt to taste and serve immediately.
