Easy Grilled Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 cups mixed spring vegetables, such as bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus
Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, sea salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they're evenly coated.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is grilling, toss the mixed vegetables with a little olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
