Easy Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth, it will be thin.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
