Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture. Stir until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
